Holiday 2020: We are currently shipping same day if orders are placed prior to 3pm EST.

Select either Media Mail or Priority Mail at checkout. Reminder that USPS may experience delays.

We take pride in the handmade, high quality of our journals. If you have any issues with the journal you’ve received, please let us know so we can work with you to solve the problem.

We accept returns of unused, saleable condition within 2 weeks after you receive them. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of custom orders.

We accept exchanges of unused, saleable journals. The original paid amount is applied to new journal selected.

Once your order has been shipped, look for your tracking information in your email.

Our custom journal service will start again in February 2021. New instructions on where to mail will be posted then.

Media Mail is a very cost-effective way to send media materials through the U.S. Postal Service. This service does have RESTRICTIONS on the type of media that can be shipped.

ONLY MAIL: your book and a short note with your return address, email and phone. Include any special instructions.

Once the package is received, we will bill you via your email address. The invoice can be paid securely online with PayPal or credit card.
