The pure Vermont maple syrup inside is harvested by the Silloway-Lambert family — tapping the maple trees that grow on the very land surrounding the Red Barn Collections studio. For generations, they have tended both their own forest and ours, preserving the traditional craft of sugaring through time-honored methods passed down within their family.

Each spring, sap from these woods is carefully collected and slowly boiled into rich golden syrup — a patient, small-batch process that honors both land and heritage.

Our gift sets are thoughtfully assembled in collaboration with Hillside Lane Farm, who create artisan pancake mixes crafted to pair beautifully with Silloway’s syrup — bringing together two Vermont artisan foods in tradition, care, and quality.

Finished with the charming touch of a salvaged maple tap from our very own forests — a truly special, sentimental keepsake long after the last pancake is enjoyed.

Silloway Maple produces 100% pure Vermont maple syrup made from carefully tended sugar maples harvested from the same ridge surrounding the Red Barn studio. Using traditional sugaring methods passed down through generations, Silloway Maple bottles golden syrup celebrated for its smooth taste and rich character. Each basket includes both a decorative glass maple leaf bottle filled with their syrup and an authentic vintage maple sap tap, offering a lasting keepsake from Vermont’s maple heritage.
